Over 10,000 Livingston County residents, nearly 30% of the population, lack access to basic broadband coverage. The Livingston County Broadband Team, along with Connect Illinois, University of Illinois Extension and the Benton Institute are teaming together to develop a plan to ensure all residents have access to affordable, reliable connectivity of 100/20 Mbps by 2028.
