Scheduling Change Pleasant Ridge WECS Hearing

Because of a change in plans, no specific person is scheduled to provide testimony at the Pleasant Ridge Wind Energy hearing planned for this Thursday, January 29th 2015. Therefore, it is now being considered to allow for Mr. Luetkehans to present some of his individual clients, and for the county to go to its’ list of interested parties that have signed up to testify. The Invenergy attorney is also working on providing some of their interested citizens. Therefore, if you or someone you know may be able to take this opportunity to provide testimony. So we are making you aware that this maybe the first opportunity for you or they to have to provide testimony during this hearing process. Interested parties will also be given a time later in the hearing process to provide testimony.
