Pursuant to the Illinois Open Meetings Act, minutes of all meetings, whether open or closed, of the Livingston County Board are kept in accordance with 5 ILCS (Illinois Compiled Statutes) 120/2.06. Pocket sized copies of the "Guide to the Illinois Open Meetings Act" may be obtained by calling the State of Illinois Attorney General's Office at (217) 782-9070.
